Friends like @vicfroh often ask what inspired me and my colleagues. It began in high school where I joined agriculture sustainability, and innovation clubs. I even led a club that hosted visitors who came to see our work. That experience shaped me. Today the same passion has grown from school into the community We now legally teach people how to live sustainably through simple agriculture, even using small home gardens.

Charlotte Dodson is a student at San Francisco University High School and the current Chair of the League of Women Voters of San Francisco’s Youth Council. In addition to her role as Youth Council Chair, Charlotte is also a member of the Voter Services Committee, a contributor to the Pros & Cons Guides, and an at-large member of the LWVSF board of directors.
Charlotte is passionate about voting rights, democracy, and politics and has experience in political campaigning and advocacy. At her high school, she expands her advocacy skills as the co-leader of both her high school’s Model United Nations team and its debate team. In her free time, Charlotte enjoys playing field hockey and lacrosse and going on runs in the Presidio.
