@adamcr Pleased to see Beautiful Thing on there. As a working class kid growing up gay in the 90s, it gave me hope, even if the world was crushingly harsh. Plus it was funded by our commercial yet public broadcaster, Channel 4, which only in retrospect do I realise was pretty bold of them but the time. Though they did go on to produce Queer a Folk.

A feeble forgotten feral kitten that he raised as a single parent. He was so much bigger than she was.. even then.

On a recent walk around the University of Nottingham main campus in the UK I took this shot over the lake, looking toward the island that sits upon it, shown to the right of the bridge below.

Only later in post processing did I notice the couple to the right engaged in a loving embrace.

Lovely to see young love flourishing.
