2015 Europe pressingOh man, such a good band.
Havenāt listen to this in about 8 years probably.Their second album, this is MY favorite of theirs. A killer blend of the #avantgarde , #indie rock, #hiphop , #electronic , #pop music, and even #krautrock .
The second song, āShameā is so excellent, and reminds me a bit of T.V. On The Radio, if that band had decided to write a radio-friendly pop song on purpose.
This album is full of great pockets of full-blown pop, but still weird and artful enough to rent an apartment out on the fringes of town.
I know these dudes have a certain stature over in Europe, but I wish theyād get the same kind of recognition over here.
One of Scotlandās finest for sure.
