Poor soul was stuck, I used my soft meow cat thing and soft voice for ten minutes and came as close as I could to reassure him... He did the typical young cat thing: went up and go scared for his life to go down. I couldn't fetch him so I tried to reassure him because his meowing sounded like a real panic attack.
