Anyone who grew up in the #90s and played those #Rare platforming classics such as #BanjoKazooie on the #N64 should take a look at the fantastic #YookaReplaylee by #PlaytonicGames. It's soooo much better than the game we got back in 2017. Really glad they turned this rough but passionate project into a real gem after all! There's also a demo out.

There's a Yooka-Laylee remaster coming? :blobfoxlaughsweat: ...why?
It says a lot about how people felt about the game that absolutely no one is talking about the remaster. It's wild that, at one point, is was the biggest video game Kickstarter ever. Now they've barely cracked 70k views on their announcement trailer released days ago.
Also, as a side note, Impossible Lair was an alright game. If you like 2D platformers, it's worth checking out. If you like 3D platformers and haven't played Yooka-Laylee though, it's not worth checking out. :blobfoxsweating:

Just wrapped up "Jumping for Joy" by Chris Scullion, and thoroughly enjoyed it!
Was a blast to relive some of my favourite platformers through the pages, and a firm reminder of all the amazing ones that are still sitting in my backlog.
