I am cutting down on my intakes, so there will be less outtakes.
For example:
- unsocial #media. Come to think of it all social media is #anti-social behavior. Wot are we all overgrown teenagers now?
- Just had a small #breakfast. However might be coerced into a second breakfast when the food delivery arrives. ​:ablobcatpopcorn:​
- trying to cut down on screen time, as I am no longer in that business

Now... that should give me more time to: 1. smell the roses
2. contemplate life, the multiverse and that beyond Daath Invader (a kabbalist thing)

I taught in our local Wandsworth #prison. Everyone tended to follow a #religion. There were Christian groups, #Yogis, #Buddhists and no doubt others. The only person who ever attacked me was the yoga teacher, when I dared to suggest it was a form of keep-fit and not a #spiritual #discipline ...

Nothing for the guards as far as I could tell. It used to amaze me that they were human. 🕸️ I managed to teach HTML web design.

Even though I am no #hexpert. Though of course #internet connection was not allowed, as Wandsworth is just one grade below a max security prison. It used to be max security, until Ronnie Biggs escaped to South America.

Hi #Yogis, I've been trying to google this, and am getting no help.
Are Warrior 1 and 2 considered twists? I've been told I should not twist, but I'm not sure if these count.
And if they are twists, how can I compensate so I don't?

Space travel *looks* hard, from this 4D limited perspective. It looks impossible — or at least impractical given the average human lifespan — with light-years to the nearest planet. #Scifi often imagines deep freezes and long waits, or warp drives.

#Yogis & #AstralTravelers agree with Einstein that “time is an illusion, although a persistent one” and if true opens up other means of travel.

If #aliens got here first we’d never know.
