  5. i usually use thick yoga blocks - not only for yoga but also a lot for calisthenics and stretching too. the thick ones are more stable and i find them a lot more comfortable. lately i have seen them only in Prisma (Finland) and they also have the cork blocks - they feel different but also very good and from what i saw, they are the cheapest there. 9.99 per one block. i didnยดt check prices in internet though.
    but if you need couple of blocks right now - iยดd recommend these ones.
