From El Universal 02/12/2022 a report on the conditions at #CIDE a year after the student strike and protests against the illegal imposition of a López Obrador loyalist as Director General of the institution and the campaign to dismantle a centre of research and teaching excellence.

Despite everything, CIDE's staff and students remain committed to their vocations. But morale fails at times and the current crisis is causing student numbers to fall.
