He admitted it himself: "Our house was an Arab house." The house belonged to the Tarfawi and Abu Khadra families before they were displaced in 1948. The state confiscated it and handed it over to the Gallant family, who had immigrated from Ukraine.

A Palestinian from Jaffa carried him when he was young. Fed him with his own hands. He played with their children in the courtyard. They opened their door for him and shared their home with him. This wasn't "coexistence." This was an act of grace and kindness from people whose lives were already shattered.
Returning the Favor 50 Years Later
Minister of Defense The same child grew up. Put on the uniform. Became a general. He then became the Israeli Minister of Defense from 2022 to 2024. He headed the Southern Command and led the war after October 7th.
"Returning the Favor" On October 9, 2023, in cold blood, he announced:
"I have ordered a complete siege. No electricity. No water. No food. No fuel. We are fighting human animals."
The same tongue that ate licorice from the hand of a Palestinian is the one that described his grandchildren as "human animals."
What did "Returning the Favor" do?
The Siege: Cutting off water, electricity, fuel, and medicine from 2.3 million human beings.
The Killing: By August 2026, over 60,000 martyrs have fallen. Among them are 24,000 children and 17,000 orphans.
The Destruction: Bombing 625 schools and 36 hospitals. Entire neighborhoods flattened to the ground.
The Starvation: Denying milk to infants. Children dying of hunger and cold in tents.
A testimony: "Mahmoud, the son of the brother who used to hold Gallant on his lap, was martyred in the bombing of Gaza in 2024."
The Breakdown
The path is clear and direct:
Beneficiary of the Nakba → Lived in a stolen house.
Raised in the victim's embrace → Ate, drank, and played with them.
Killer of the victim → Besieged, starved, and bombed them.
"Is the reward for good [anything] but good?" Yet the reward was: siege, starvation, displacement, and being labeled as animals.
"And never will the Jews or the Christians approve of you until you follow their religion." They want you to forget, to normalize, to justify... until you become like them.
This is not an "understanding of the Arab mind," as he claimed. This is called: Treachery. Betrayal. Rape of the land and theft of identity.

Los Estados miembros de la Corte Penal Internacional aprobaron la destitución del fiscal Karim Khan por denuncias de conducta sexual inapropiada. El funcionario había impulsado las acusaciones por presuntos crímenes de guerra contra el primer ministro de Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu.

Los Estados miembros de la Corte Penal Internacional (CPI) aprobaron por amplia mayoría la destitución del fiscal Karim Khan, luego de que una investigación concluyera que incurrió en conducta indebida grave relacionada con denuncias de carácter sexual presentadas por subordinadas.
De acuerdo con dos fuentes diplomáticas consultadas por Reuters bajo condición de anonimato, 82 de los 125 Estados miembros votaron a favor de remover al abogado británico de 56 años del cargo, superando ampliamente el mínimo de 63 votos requerido para concretar la destitución.
La decisión ocurre meses después de que Khan encabezara la solicitud de órdenes de arresto por presuntos crímenes de guerra y de lesa humanidad contra el primer ministro de Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, y el entonces ministro de Defensa, Yoav Gallant, acusaciones que el gobierno israelí ha rechazado.
Investigación concluyó que incurrió en conducta indebida grave
El mes pasado, diplomáticos que integran el órgano de supervisión de la Corte informaron que la investigación sobre las denuncias presentadas contra Khan concluyó que el funcionario mantuvo una relación sexual inapropiada con una subordinada y recomendó su destitución.
La resolución, de 27 páginas, sostiene que el fiscal incurrió en una violación grave de sus obligaciones como funcionario electo y en una conducta indebida de carácter grave.
El documento, basado en un informe de la Organización de las Naciones Unidas (ONU), señala que el comportamiento de Khan «se fue intensificando con el tiempo», hasta derivar en contacto sexual no consensuado ocurrido en su oficina, en su residencia privada y durante una misión oficial.
Como resultado de esas conclusiones, la mesa de supervisión recomendó formalmente la remoción de Khan como fiscal de la Corte Penal Internacional.
Surge una segunda denuncia
A las acusaciones originales se sumó el testimonio de una segunda mujer, quien, según información publicada por The Guardian, denunció haber sido objeto de insinuaciones sexuales no deseadas cuando trabajaba al inicio de su carrera bajo la supervisión de Khan.
De acuerdo con esa versión, la exempleada afirmó que el entonces fiscal abusó de su posición de autoridad y la presionó de forma reiterada para mantener relaciones sexuales.
Las denuncias fueron incorporadas a la investigación que derivó en la votación de los Estados miembros y en la decisión de remover al funcionario.
La destitución abre un nuevo escenario para la CPI
La salida de Karim Khan representa uno de los episodios más relevantes en la historia reciente de la Corte Penal Internacional, tanto por la gravedad de las conclusiones de la investigación como por el contexto internacional en el que ocurre.
La destitución se produce mientras la Corte mantiene abiertas investigaciones sobre diversos conflictos internacionales, incluido el relacionado con la guerra entre Israel y Hamás, caso en el que Khan había impulsado las acciones judiciales contra altos funcionarios israelíes.
Hasta el momento, la Corte Penal Internacional no ha informado quién asumirá de manera permanente las funciones del fiscal ni el calendario para la designación de su sucesor. –sn–
