I think that the only major operetta of his that YIVO hasn't digitized is Die Drei Matunes (the three gifts) which is his adaptation of an I.L. Peretz story. New York Public Library has it and I wrote to them to ask if it was digitized, more out of curiosity, and they said no, it hasn't and they would need to examine its fragility to even know if it would be possible to have someone photograph it.

a lot of the digitized performance scores have the stamp of the theatre and director on the front covers, I think I posted about this when the YIVO Vilna collection was first put online a few years ago... this is the cover label of one of the scores from the same operetta

poking around in the digitized Wolfsthal scores in YIVO's collection now that I'm back in Vancouver, and some incomplete operettas only have 2 instruments but others have 12+ like this percussion score from Bas Yerushalaim, originally written in 1900, but this is a performance copy from a later date. so cool!

wrote up a quick blog post about this new set of scores I received from the LOC. once I made a tally of the klezmer pieces listed on the score covers, I realized we still haven't seen almost half of them, but this is still better than nothing and IMO a very cool look into extremely early klezmer in NYC.
