Zusammen mit einem zeitgleichen Toten aus der Nähe von #Prag ist dies der früheste #Pestnachweis in Mitteleuropa. Ähnlich alte #Pestfälle aus Südosteuropa, aus der nordkaukasischen Steppe, aus Südsibirien und vom Baikalsee deuten darauf hin, dass der Pesterreger im 3. Jahrtausend v. Chr. weit verbreitet war.
