Thank you cell tower reception for not cutting me off!
I was on hold for work before I left the office and decided to leave while still on hold since they said I was next in line.
Three elevators, a SkyTrain, the SeaBus, and a bus ride later and they finally answered and I was able to make changes for my boss while on the bus.

Landed at YVR and am now on the train heading home.
I’m so grateful that I’m no longer anxious taking off and landing. Just inner peace and calm. Still surprised this is my new normal.
I am really enjoying acceptance.

I’m on a bus waiting for a driver. People keep getting off the bus.
Do they know something I don’t?!
This is the last leg of my journey home to North Van from Costco in Vancouver so I’m staying put. Hope the driver shows up soon.

Costco on a Saturday afternoon. So. Busy.
Thank you to the kind man who helped carry my very full and heavy granny cart up the stairs at the SkyTrain station next to Costco. My cart is one that climbs stairs but it’s quite heavy.
Very inconvenient to not have an elevator or an up escalator at that entrance to the station.

Today I’m heading to a large Winners/HomeSense in Vancouver to see if I can find some more bamboo sheets. I’m at the bus stop waiting for the bus to take me to the SeaBus. There was a dog near the bus stop intently watching a rat cross the street 🐶🐀👀

I met a friend in Burnaby and he took me to Costco and it was beyond busy. Yay for motorized carts to zoom around.

This bus driver is super friendly. He says welcome aboard to every passenger then tells everyone to hold on. When passengers get off, he tells them to watch their step.

Just took the bus to the butcher shop for some more meat. Now waiting for the bus back home. I haven’t been there in over a month because of my foot wound. They had 25% off of chicken sausages and chicken burgers so I picked some up in addition to my usual chicken breasts, ground chicken, and ground turkey.

It was nice to be welcomed back by so many people at the office. One person saw me, then noticed my cane and pointed at it while saying “oh no!”

Good morning. It is very dark and cold. I’m on my second and final bus heading to the office. I could not imagine walking all the way from the SeaBus to the SkyTrain so I’m taking buses in order to cut down the amount of walking. Still using my cane so people can see that I need a seat.

There is a woman on the SeaBus with 4 very vocal kids. It’s too early for me for so much noise.

Be kind. You never know what someone else is going through.
Some guy on the SeaBus is having a very difficult conversation. Not sure what exactly happened but he told the person on the phone that he relapsed and so he’s heading home. He told them he’s very delicate right now and doesn’t want to argue.
