Tantalisingly close to finishing a sock (my first ever!) on a round loom.. but I lost yarn chicken and have to wait untill I can buy more of the same.

It's a tube sock with ribbed cuff and as I used a loom, that somehow ~feels~ like cheating?* even though I am definitely a beginner and only just realised the pattern is apparently advanced 👀😑

Am #knitting something with thicker wool than pattern recommends and am 36 rows into 80 rows of approx 100 (?) row pattern and already eyeing half ball of yarn and doing *intense* yarn chicken.

Wish me luck.

Just when I thought I'd never touch #yarn again, inspiration hit. Or maybe I was trying to avoid sweeping by making new sweeping tools. A #crochet duster for my #Swiffer sweeper/mop/thing, made from leftover bits of yarn my mother pawned off on me. #yarnchicken
