Spinning? Yes! But I really dislike this fiber, so I’m just trying to get it done asap so I can spin something I enjoy, instead. It’s compressed, full of neps and lumps, and just not a fun.

Alpaca is still my favourite, so I’ll move to that in my stash next.

#StashDivesaturday The last couple of days, I was in Antwerp with my mom. We did some wonderful shopping, among other things. On the yarn side, I found this lovely cotton in the Veritas store. I plan on making a set-in sleeve type top-down tee with it, with some short-row shaping for the sleeve caps. To be continued! 😃

#StashDivesaturday I did some thinking on a new shawl design using this yarn. It's Hearthside Fibers Crystal in "Lake", a 50% Merino, 50% Tencel fingering weight yarn. I have another skein of it in a lovely hazelnut brown color. Stay tuned for more about this new design 😉
