Przejście z nowoczesnych odsłon Kiwami do Yakuza 3 Remastered potrafi być bolesnym zderzeniem z rzeczywistością. System walki zestarzał się zauważalnie, a tempo fabuły mocno kuleje, ale to wciąż niezwykle ważny i emocjonalny przystanek w historii Kiryu.

Can you believe it’s been two months since I streamed a video game?

Also, can you believe they wouldn’t let me play VIRTUAFIGHTER 5?!

If anyone is interested, that's the video for #Yakuza3 I watched. He has videos for all Yakuza games, so a good way to catch up.

Nice. I found a channel that reviews all games until 6. So if 6 is bad too I can skip it too and just play Gaiden. 😅

It's definitely not the same as I'm emotionally really attached to Kiryu but I worked 1½ months on Yakuza Kiwami 2 and I really enjoyed it. I have no 3-6 month to spend on games that I can't enjoy because Sega thought it would be okay to just push the resolution slider instead of putting in the effort of Kiwami 1 & 2 for 3, 4 and 5.

Maybe I'll look into 5 Remastered. But 3 and 4 really look bad. Yakuza 6 seems to have the Kiwami engine already.

This fighting system… The controls. Aaaah!

Yeah essentially it's the same like in the Kiwami games but it feels so extremely clunky. What did they even remaster in the Remastered collection except the resolution?

I think I'll look for a YouTube channel that tells the story of Yakuza 3-5 and then just play 6 and Gaiden. I sadly have no time anymore to run through 80-100 hours of badly ages games.

#Yakuza3 #Yakuza #Gaming

Oof. Uff to a rough start. After playing Kiwami 2 it really looks and especially sounds really bad. 😅 Kiryu has no bass in his voice. I initially thought it was another voice actor.

But even more weird is the start of the game. The whole end of Yakuza Kiwami 2 is "irrelevant"? And what's that with Kazama?

Controls are pretty bad too. I'll definitely focus on the main story here.

I really wish they'd continued the Kiwami remakes. The remastered collection seems really just an upscale.

#Yakuza3 #Yakuza #Gaming

I'll just start #Yakuza3. I know people say it's the weakest #Yakuza-Game but it's still Kiryu. So it's good for my mood and that's exactly what I need at the moment.
