I often view the #bō staff as a bit clumsy (compared to the jō), but this demo of #YagyuShinganRyu #budo was awesome. Wild, dynamic techniques.
Some consider this as a possible source for the jo in #aikido, as the founder did apparently practise it a little (though probably the jujutsu parts).
