🧵 For a friend’s daughter’s birthday, I once had the idea of making a "forest" #xylophone. I’d noticed that, among the trees that grow round here, the #alder sounds surprisingly good. 🤷
I haven’t had time to make another one since, but I’m keeping the idea in mind: It takes a while, but I think anyone can make it easily. It’s very enjoyable:
