Für mich großes #XMLPrague-Kino von Matthew Patterson über die Transformation von DOCX in interaktive Webinhalte.

Gerade wieder in meinem CMS-Kurs die Interna der Office-Formate (MSO/LO) gezeigt und solche Ansätze erwähnt. Allerdings fällt es zunehmend schwerer, Studis mit solchen Themen zu erreichen.

Für mich großes #XMLPrague-Kino von Matthew Patterson über die Transformation von DOCX in interaktive Webinhalte.

@faassen Interesting observation, I consider the #XMLPrague community rather young. The average is probably 20 years less than the audience average age at #DocEng. There are people out there doing in fact document engineering, but they’re either not aware of the fact (and categorize their activities sth else) or of the conference

There are various conferences too.

The average age of the XML community is rather high which means it is at risk of fading. (I am no baby myself)

It's interesting that in the XML community they have standardized a restful web framework. So you have multiple implementations. It looks like a reasonable web framework too.

Different cultures and software traditions with a focus on standards. I think standards were more prominent in the minds of devs in earlier days of the web. This culture has preserved that.
