Nothing super fancy or elaborate for #XmasDinner - kids specified menu (mostly same as last year) - lamb, garlicy mashed potatoes, fennel + mushroom salad - but boy this leg of lamb is among the top I've cooked!
Scored and seasoned (salt, hint sprinkle of cumin, garlic powder, good dose of cut garlic), rolled up trussed, vacuum sealed & overnight in fridge before 55 ⁰C 6 hrs then 450 ⁰F in convention oven 10 mins with flip ½way + 3 min broil. Kid2 did the roasting and carving!
