#XHDATA should make a "dual-time" #radio (most of their digital display models have a clock) so #shortwave listeners can have #UTC and Local time on the display

I'm either picking up "Voice of #China" or "#Radio #Taiwan International" on 9680khz while sitting in #Michigan (#EN72) with a longwire antenna and a #XHDATA #D808

The #FM filters on the "newer" D-808 are great. I live <10 miles (<16km) away from a 107.7 tower, and it blows out most radios, showing up all over the dial. Sometimes, it comes out of fans, lightbulbs, and other random electric devices.

107.7 stays in its lane on the #D808, and frequencies near it are even tunable.

Picking up #NHK and 6105 (adjusted to 6106 and narrowed to 4khz to avoid a channel overlap a bit) out of #Issoudun on my #XHDATA #D808. Random wire antenna out the window on the north side of the house in Southwest #Michigan

This radio covers 9 #shortwave bands:
4.75-5.0 MHz
5.0-5.4 MHz
5.4-5.8 MHz
6.1-6.4 MHz
6.4-6.8 MHz
7.2-7.5 MHz
9.0-9.5 MHz
11.7-12.1 MHz
13.5-13.8 MHz

The following bands are covered on #FM and #AM:
FM: 64-108 MHz
AM: 522-1620 kHz

I am rather excited to see what this $7 radio is going to offer. I've always liked shortwave radios but, haven't played with it for years.
