I think #MyFirstDistro was #Ubuntu in about 2007 as a dual-boot. Soon after I did get an #EeePC netbook with #Xandros pre-installed though I mostly ran #Eeebuntu on it.

When Ubuntu made some changes I went with #LinuxMint and have never looked back.

@mrencyclopedia @zarel @starshine had to replace the keyboard, the battery was rubbish from day 1, the SSD comically slow... but otherwise it refuses to die and I love it. Still perfectly white, no yellowing whatsoever. Came with #Xandros originally. 😊 Quite snappy with Haiku. :haiku:

Bon je sais pas trop quoi en faire mais un #azus eee PC 701 #eeepc701 retrouvé dans un vieux carton d'un encore plus vieux grenier vient de redémarrer. Le truc de dingue que je découvre c'est que sous son ui ala windoz y'a un Linux (#Xandros).
Ecran 7 pouces, clavier AZERTY, 512Mo RAM, 4go ssd, BT atheros, wifi, ethernet, nivigateur, suite bureautique, tout et tout.
J'vais ptêt passer ce notebook à 2go RAM sous debian et faire un cadeau😁
