The competition is due to take place in Vancouver, South Africa and Dubai.

Three fairly comfortable wins for England is very impressive.

NZ probably the second best team based on the actual matches.

France too variable to really assess, can they be more consistent?

Canada were slightly better at scoring than Australia so deserve to be above them, but also were the more difficult opponent regardless of score.

Wales were competitive but not good enough over 80.
