Here's another one of the Frizzy Seven, the evil antagonists of the Wuzzle world collection of bad guys. His name is Mr. Grinn, and he is obviously a horrible evil clown of badness! IIRC, he is a whumple, the largest variant of Wuzzle, so he is large and intimidating, even without the evil grin and horrified ice cream guys.

I world made by the commissioner where alien muppet looking creatures have landed on earth and mingled with the human population there. Sized range with Wizzles being the smallest, Wuzzles being the normal size, and Wumples being large and imposing.
