So, second novella (novellette? <20K words, so I'm not sure where it really lands) is about to get published to KDP. I'm at the point where the writing no longer fits the working title that well. It probably still works, but, I'm uncertain now.While I started the work with a tone in mind, the harshness intended in the original title softened as I wrote, and the main character changed her stance in the midpoint. So… 🤷🏻♂️

You know, sometimes I think the universe likes to play cruel jokes. I went to all that trouble to verify my old blog site, but now that it's become a pain I switch to another, which, frankly, isn't any better in other ways. Now I want to verify that one. When I write it, I have to fight my own fingers to stop from hitting more vowels. Every time I read it, I get lost, trying to weave my tongue around that oppressive number of consonants, pissing away precious time until I inevitably begin swearing like a pirate who just realized his last bottle of rum was actually LaCroix.
End twelfths. End it now. #writingproblems
