The well-known Addiesdive AD2037 #chronograph with the orange / black panda dial and VK64 movement. Hard to fault this #watch for $90. Okay, so it has a domed mineral crystal, but for this price: 316L stainless steel, nicely finished case, 100M water resistance -- it's still hard to beat. (Please don't mind my dry skin in the photo.)

So, I know these #watches were panned when they were released. I think too many people thought that it was #Bulova trying to cash in on the #Moonswatch. But, I didn't see it that way, I thought the idea of doing ocean themed #divewatches made a lot of sense. Even the idea of doing them in ceramic with rubber straps that incorporate recycled garbage that's been pulled out of the ocean made a lot of sense.
The thing that didn't make a lot of sense was the pricing. They were priced as if they were Moonswatches, which they weren't. Now, if they had a Precisionist movement, then the pricing would have made sense -- at that point it would have been a bargain.
However, a year later, and things have changed. Bulova has dramatically lowered the prices of these watches, making them much more in line with what they should have been in the first place. So, I picked up the Blue Whale #Snorkel watch to see if I liked it. And, yeah, it was very nice, so I used some discounts I had available and purchased the Sea Turtle and Seagull watches.
To me, these are really great casual, weekend wear watches.

Pagani Design has been good to me overall. I can't say that I've been disappointed with any of their watches so far, and this is no exception. What you can't see is the wooden grain of this watch face. Yes, the lume sucks on this watch, but that's not what it's about. It's a simple daily wear dress watch -- just a little more dressy in gold and black than your standard watch.

The #GShock GA-150-1A is among my least liked #wristwatches till date, and yet looked great in this scene, proving the importance of lighting condition.
My first purchase since working in the #TimeLibrary - a 1969 Bulova Accutron, the tuning fork watch! It has an actual tuning fork inside used to keep the time. Most watches go "tick tick tick" but this one *hums*.
#Casio MTP-RS100 and MTP-RS105 are insanely cool #solar #wristwatches. The #CasioCult is becoming a part of me... There are 2 more RS100's and 3 more RS105's - and I'm going to get them all in my collection -- eventually. :blobcat:
RS100's have decent bracelets with microadjust. RS105's bracelets are a pain to resize (no micro adjust). The leather band on the one RS105 is meh/junk at best. But for under $100 USD they're a good deal.
