After a 3 week holiday wearing a smart watch every day, it's so nice to go back to a simple $10 analog watch.

I used the smart watch during the holiday because:

1. Garmin Pay is so nice (and I broke my Fidesmo powered ring right before the holiday started)
2. When dealing with public transport every single day, the notifications are useful.
3. Using it for navigation while carrying luggage is much easier than a phone.

Going on a trip. While for the most part dislike smart watches, I do own one I received as a gift. And for this trip I guess it might be practical to get notifications from various travel apps, be able to take calls and receive messages when my phone is in my bag and most importantly pay for stuff quickly and easily, so I guess I'm doing this.

It does look like a big black disc, strapped to my wrist though 90% of the time.

It still looks like my old Casio but I now have a step counter, bluetooth, a black jack game, can change the color of the backlight and much more. 😀
