#Wrike seems to have more #ProjectManagement features than Trello, but it overwhelms a novice—too many views, options, and settings in many places. Wrike insists I need a "Personal" project. (I really don't.) The #MentalModel of its Projects and Folders is unclear. Wrike's online chatbot hallucinated wrong pricing for me—a potential customer. 😥

#Trello is familiar, with simple, elegant, and useful interaction. Its templates quickly spin up a #Kanban #board for a new #software or #IT #project. 🩵

Ещё до ухода Microsoft менеджеры проектов часто переключались между двумя системами — Project использовали для планирования задач и, например, Jira для их исполнения. В этом случае они вручную или с помощью дополнительных плагинов синхронизировали данные, а также отдельно узнавали статусы у исполнителей в третьем решении или мессенджере. При этом Project оставался самой популярной системой для ведения проектов в крупных компаниях. Мы с командой понимали, что рано или поздно Microsoft отключит российских пользователей, поэтому заранее стали готовиться к росту запросов на «полный аналог» и перепридумали своё проектное управление. With all these web based services that try, seemingly superfluously, to perform as Single Page Apps, often disabling the ability to bookmark or organize direct links to current projects and assets that need speedy access, and fumbling on the search functions, I wind up feeling like I'll never be able to quickly find something I need unless someone else tells me or externally documents where to find it.
