#Hike and #Bike from home to the #Wrekin summit. First since my Easter egg related #kneeinjury.Used walking poles and they gave me the confidence on some slippy climbs (mostly off the main path.)

I'm marshalling by the reservoir,rain stopped and blue skies. Plenty of water and mud about. #wrekin #fellrace #running .The course is out and back around 6miles in total.

Walkers Are Welcome Town - Wellington

Wellington is just north of the iconic Wrekin Hill in Shropshire. Although part of Telford it has its own identity as a market town (since 1244). Locally there is much of geological, archaeological and ecological interest. It has excellent transport links having a railway station and being just off the M54
