What are some folks' favorite classical music radio stations on the web? I find most of the US classical music stations to be blegh, playing nothing but pleasant pieces for background easy listening.
I'd say when I want someone to just pick something for me I most often listen to #BBC #Radio3 (sometimes live, sometimes some of the recorded broadcasts). #WQXR also, sometimes.
Any other recommendations? Doesn't have to be English-language. Thanks! 🙏

Hey y'all. I'm a #drummer and radio engineer in #NYC.
On the #drums I play with a number of #rock, #jazz, #funk #progrock and #blues groups. New projects are always entering the rotation.
As a #radio guy, I have been with the #publicradio stations #WNYC and #WQXR for many years, working on live broadcasts and sometimes podcasts.
I have a huge collection of #vinyl and #cds. Yes, I still buy CDs.
Other interests: #neworleans #space and #baseball (let's go #Mets!)
