His presidency has normalised conflict over cooperation from day one. Our world is in serious trouble.

I'm feeling a bit conflicted.
My granddaughter who is 16 has been accepted into the British Army.
She's one of my daughter's children so we've not seen her for a few years.On the one hand I'm pleased that she's found her way in life - and that she's going to be away from the dreadful influence of her father.
Equally, I lean towards pacifism and I'm against militarism. I abhor the idea of child soldiers - which she will be later this year.As the world drifts blindly into World War Three I really don't know what to think.
