This year’s #WorldMenopauseDay theme is #HormoneTherapy. I recently started using estrogen cream for recurrent UTIs that started after my hysterectomy for endometrial cancer. Since I’ve been cancer-free for >2 years my gyno recommended this approach & it’s been a huge help.

Yesterday was World Menopause Day, but my other half forgot.

I'll get my coat.
