🤓📚 Für Alleinerziehende, Pflegende oder Mütter mit Kindern, die Bürgergeld beziehen, ist eine Weiterbildung oft nur schwer in den Alltag zu integrieren.
🚀 Das Modell der Teilzeitausbildung, das über die Förderlinie im Europäischen Sozialfonds Plus (ESF Plus) gefördert wird, ermöglicht dieser Zielgruppe neue Perspektiven für einen qualifizierten Berufsabschluss und ein selbstbestimmtes Leben.
🤝 Dabei gehen die geförderten Projekte auf individuelle Bedürfnisse und Lebenssituationen der Teilnehmenden ein und begleiten sie eng. Gleichzeitig bietet das Modell Unternehmen eine gute Möglichkeit, ihre Ausbildungsplätze mit passenden Bewerberinnen und Bewerbern zu besetzen und damit Fachkräfte von morgen zu sichern.
💶 Mit rund vier Millionen Euro fördert die Landesregierung insgesamt erneut sieben Vorhaben. Sie starten am 1. Januar 2026 und enden am 31. Dezember 2028. Etwa 2,9 Millionen Euro der Förderung stammen aus dem ESF Plus und rund 1,1 Millionen Euro aus Landesmitteln.

Dropping L off at nursery this morning was horrific. She cried and ran back towards me and had to be scooped up by a member of staff. My heart cracked. I felt like a failure and that I was failing her. We turned the corner and looked through the window and she was already happy and smiling and distracted by the other kiddos and the prospect of breakfast. I know she’s fine. I know she’s better than fine and is enjoying herself and loving nursery. But the drop offs hurt so much and leave me feeling drowned in guilt.

#WorkingMum hat für mich eine andere Konnotation.
