Working hours are highly regulated in Finland. It would be outright illegal to push workers to do "996" (72 hours/week). While it is possible to do short stints of extra hours, this possibility is limited to very specific sectors only, and it doesn't include software development or similar. Overtime is regulated and requires employee agreement.
