Note the last word POSSIBLE
It does not mean "immediately"
It does not mean "in the next 5 minutes"
It does not mean "until the end of the day"It means: whenever it's POSSIBLE to do.
The decision on when it's possible (and if it's possible at all) is delegated to whoever is addressed with that screaming.
