before today i hadn't made oatmeal in months, maybe more than a year! and i had half a sweet potato sitting in my fridge that needed to be used. yep, you guessed it - I put the sweet potato in the #instantpot with the steel-cut oats, and cooked them together! amazingly, it actually worked. pretty cool because i know yams & sweet potatoes are very nutritious but i don't like #sugar so i rarely eat them. but oatmeal is begging for a touch of sweetness, even if you add some #salt! #recipe #woop
