It's by KittyDoReMi on Tumblr, drawn for her Sonic and the Sol Flower AU. In a nutshell, Sonic makes a poorly-worded wish on a flower, and it turns him into a giant.

I really adore the style she draws Elise in, it's really similar to Sailor Moon. (And I think her hairpieces are Precure-inspired?) Plus how floofy Sonic is :3

Also, the fic, funnily enough, combined with her fanart, got me into shipping a different giant/tiny rarepair from Transformers. Now I'm even deeper in rarepair hell. :blobcat_thisisfine:
