Aquí han hecho una deconstrucción de Simon Williams, donde en vez de ser el actor famoso guapo e insufrible de los cómics, es un actor amateur que no consigue papeles porque se mete demasiado en su papel.
Al final es una "buddy cop movie" pero con dos actores buscando un papel en vez de dos policías resolviendo un caso. Ben Kingsley está genial retomando su papel del ridículo Trevor Slattery.
Sin embargo se me ha hecho un poco larga y eso, en una serie de ocho capítulos, es bastante malo la verdad 😅

I am a little surprised that I’ve never come across a content warning for Wonder Man, for an episode that is so cringe for so long that I was literally SQUIRMING. Like, stomach clenched, scalp prickling, flinching so hard my chin was touching my collarbone.
I mean, yeah yeah props to the director I GUESS, but I would have liked a warning.

Really glad to see that ‘Wonder Man’ has been renewed for Season 2, with both Yahya Abdul-Mateen II and Ben Kingsley set to return. It was one of the best things to come out of Marvel, in a long while, especially in regards to the TV shows. It dared to do something fresh and different, and broke out of the tired, fan-service heavy formula. The main cast was fantastic, it was both funny and heartbreaking, with some really human moments. More of this, please.
