Good morning everyone :) This is your periodic reminder that women exist in your game worlds too, and if you read through your list of NPCs and they're overwhelmingly male, you might want to examine why that is.

(Here's a handy tip that I use to combat unconscious bias: once you're done writing your NPCs, gender-flip all of them. No exceptions. If the result seems weird, well now you've got something else to examine)
