Universität Freiburg unter Top-Universitäten mit weiblicher Leitung ♀
🏆 Zum internationalen Frauentag am 8. März 2026 hat Times Higher Education (THE) eine Analyse der besten von Frauen geleiteten Universitäten veröffentlicht. Die Universität Freiburg mit Rektorin Prof. Dr. Kerstin Krieglstein belegt im Ranking weltweit Rang 39 und national Rang 4.
📈 Im Vergleich zum Vorjahr, als 54 der Top 200 Universitäten in den „THE World University Rankings“ von Frauen geleitet wurden, ist nun ein Anstieg auf 58 Institutionen zu verzeichnen. Damit werden rund 29 Prozent der besten 200 Universitäten weltweit von Frauen geführt.
Deutschlandweit sind 33 Prozent der 18 Universitäten, die zu den besten 200 Universitäten in den „THE World University Rankings“ zählen, unter weiblicher Leitung.
