Das geplante Werk für #Siliziumkarbid-Halbleiter von #Wolfspeed im saarländischen #Ensdorf verzögert sich weiter. Der Baubeginn ist nun für Mitte 2025 geplant, zwei Jahre später als ursprünglich angestrebt. #Finanzierungsprobleme und die schwächelnde Nachfrage nach #Elektroautos tragen zu den Verzögerungen bei. Trotz der Herausforderungen hält Wolfspeed an dem Projekt fest.
