🏠 Dresdner Hausgemeinschaft will ihr Zuhause kaufen - "Wir wollen hier einen sicheren Platz schaffen!" 🏴 🚩

Ein Haus, in dem Menschen seit Jahren zusammenleben, soll verkauft werden. Die Bewohner*innen der Hoy31 in der Dresdner Neustadt wollen das nicht einfach hinnehmen, sondern ihr Haus selbst kaufen und damit langfristig dem Immobilienmarkt entziehen.

Dafür haben sie sich mit der WoGe Dresden zusammengetan, einer genossenschaftlichen Selbstorganisierung von Mieter*innen. Ein Modell, das an das bekanntere Mietshäusersyndikat erinnert.

Doch der Hauskauf braucht viel Geld. Wie funktioniert das Projekt, warum setzt die Hausgemeinschaft auf die WoGe und kann das Modell tatsächlich dauerhaft bezahlbaren Wohnraum sichern?

@karlnepomuk @byggvir @JoStowasser Wir! Wir haben nur ein Gehalt + #WoGe + #KiZu. 30-Stunden-Woche, 3 Kids, 5-Zimmer-Wohnung in einer Kleinstadt und alles in allem sind wir glücklich, zufrieden und können uns nicht beklagen... Ist eben alles eine Frage der Einstellung und der Ansprüche.
