In #Dutch, Thursday is "Donderdag" (day of thunder). Many people don't know why it is called that way.
Fact: all days in the week are named after a #god or #goddess. "Donderdag" refers to #Wodan or #Thor, the god of thunder.
There were times when people had no knowledge of electricity or how sound traveled. They had no explanation for lightning or thunder.
They solved the problem by inventing a responsible higher power. That's how each and every god or goddess came to be.
