How do I send an NTS radiogram from within #winlink? I'm trying to get #woad setup and contact an old friend via NTS. Am I correct that this is probably faster than trying to catch an FM voice net?

I'm very new to this. Thanks in advance to any #elmer who can assist.

Even with the all the #hamradio discoveries & gear updates this weekend, I cannot forget about the weekly #EMCOMM drills. This week my ARES group is practicing generating #ICS213 #Winlink forms and sending over RF. Just sent out my check-in with #WoAD on Android over VHF with HT.
