If you’d told me ten years ago I’d be watching the Westminster Kennel Club—and breed judging no less—on my day off and skipping my long run for it… well, I’d know what I’d do because that would’ve been the stupidest thing I’d ever heard.

Tällä viikolla se tapahtuu, eli kendon MM-kisat pidetään Italian Milanossa torstaista alkaen. Suomesta on yksilöedustus sekä miehissä että naisissa sekä joukkueet molemmissa sarjoissa. Junioreita ei tällä kertaa ole mukana menossa. Italian kendoliitto on tehnyt hyvää duunia järjestelyjen kanssa ja kotisivuilta osoitteesta https://wkc2024.com löytyy kaikki tarvittava tieto. Meidän seurasta ei kisoihin osallistuta kuin kannattajan roolissa, joten pysyhän somekanavilla, niin näet kuvia paikan päältä sunnuntaina 7.7. – striimit palvelee tietty meitä muinakin päivinä. Maanantaina 8.7. olisi sitten taasen vuorossa dan-graduoinnit 1.-7. dan.
