On a 3 hour drive the #dnsDriveby managed to find 9 APs not seen by any of 4 other devices. Impressive considering it followed #wispy, S7, S9, and Pixel 6 uploads of the same route

Holy crap Pixel 6 is a beast for battery life!
@WiGLEnet #wigleWifi running for 14 hours and I still have 44% battery left.
#wiSpy has consumed almost a full 10000MAh battery pack in the same timeframe

The #UptownArtFair in Minneapolis proves to be a #wifi and #bluetooth target-rich environment, as expected!
Ran the #wiSpy and three phones for about 3 1/2 hours, netted:
3,229 new APs of >15,300 observed
24,210 new BT of goodness knows how many seen -

These are some 8dbi antennas I swapped for the 3dbi that came with it. However, I’ve been running with a pair of external mounted 8dbi antennas on the roof of the truck for even better visibility!

Well damn, this #pixel6 is a nice addition to the #wardrive family!
Bottom to top, S7, S9, Pixel6, #wiSpy on a 4 1/4 hour run with ~3 hours inside the bar. The Wispy had to stay in the car, but loving the external antenna BLE results!
Keep in mind the 243 NEW APs for the Pixel 6 are _after_ the S7 and S9 uploads. SWEEET! -
Holy cow, antennas outside the vehicle are a useful add-on. A drive in Minneapolis and around the 94 detour netted 19,396 APs with the #wiSpy versus 16K on the S7 and S9 inside the car.
12K vs 4.5K Bluetooth
My cables are probably not optimal, probably a bit too thin to not have some signal loss. But I’ll take the improvement!

Prepping for #wwwd and finally got some external magnetic-mount antennas for the #WiSpy
Magnets aren’t super strong but initial testing at neighborhood speeds shows they are good enough! Zip tie reinforcements should do the trick.

Another segment of a well worn path my wife and I have been walking for 20+ years netted 82 new APs with the #hackerBoxes #WiSpy. After picking up 32 new ones just a couple days ago.
I think I bent the case a bit more, as it was 84 degrees out :)
