Achievement unlocked: on my 30-min run, I wrote a keynote talk - in German - in my head, all about prerequisites for success with AI augmented knowledge work, how Team Topologies is the foundation, etc.
Small problem: remember it and deliver it fluently while on stage 😭😁

Alles, bei dem man wach sein muss, ist mir gerade zu anstrengend. Wirklich. Alles.
Nach einer kleinen Zwangspause geht's heute trotzdem wieder ins Fitnessstudio. Erstmal langsam angefangen mit Yoga-Fitness.
Bin gespannt, ob ich wieder in eine Routine finde.
Sowohl mit Sport als auch mit klarkommen grundsätzlich. 🙄😅 -
De Man *audiofiel* stipt al paar jaar aan dat hij het 5.1 surround systeem met keigoede, grote versterker, speakers en zelfgebouwde subwoofer, wil vervangen en upgraden voor kleiner, compacter systeem, met minder kabels, Dolby Atmos.
Steeds afgehouden, maar er is wat ruimte en met strak budget 3 dgn gespeurd. Kwam steeds op deze set uit. De Man heeft specs, reviews,vid's, etc doorgespit en is nu helemaal hyper en blij ei, want ja:-)

Possibly not the right afternoon to implement some digital hygiene in the teenagers lives given everyone is tired and under the weather.
Heaven knows but Google, Apple and Microsoft have got their claws into our kids in a big way.
And the Windows 10 experience is truly appalling too. I'm so glad I don't need to grapple with that every day.
Tomorrow, Linux Mint goes on to the laptop. It might be a fight.

Buying a dog from a breeder in NY.
We've been in discussions via phone calls and texts and pictures and videos for 6+ months.
Called the credit union to wire transfer payment (this is a stupid expensive dog, I admit that).
PLEASED as punch that they asked me no less than 3 times if I was SURE I trusted the seller, really wanted to wire the money, had a confirmed transaction, etc.
I'm sure we sounded like the average overseas-magic-puppy-farm victim, and fit the SCAM pattern so well, it was really pleasing to see the CU taking all the precautions to make sure I'm not a victim.

gisteren spaak gelopen om home assistant OS te draaien in Qemu/kvm op een arm host. EUFI troubles dus wilde niet normaal opstarten.
Vandaag dan toch maar HA supervised gaan installeren: niet mijn voorkeur, maar wil ook niet een dedicated machine hiervoor aanschaffen / optuigen. #wishmeluck -

My 30 Day Map challenge didn't really survive beyond the first week - too much overwhelm in the day job, but that's ok, I hadn't really expected it to. But the first half of this week is the culmination of #AcWriMo's efforts to pay myself first - the #PRECISE writing week (3 days actually) intended to finalise some papers.

Today is making vegan tinga for a work potluck tomorrow while interview prepping for a cybersecurity lead at major municipality. Researching the org, putting together my recent accomplishments. Sometimes in cybersecurity it feels like nothing's happening, but organizational maturity is real, meaningful, and super encouraging.
