After reinstalling the 24H2 update, once again I got a series of errors about cmd.exe and other executables not being able to start correctly.

I considered rolling back (again) to 23H2, but at that point the option was gone due to other updates installing on top.

After poking around and saying bad words, I figured out the problem. I've done some heavy customizing, and 24H2 tries to add new startup items related to Edge. I disabled them, and the errors went away. #Windows1124H2 #Windows11
