If I'm paid though, well how can somebody like me say no to earning money? Of course I have to work... and earn from stupid normies who still stick to Windows 10/11.

I'd understand if you're doing jobs with specialized software, especially if the amount of money you earn rely on how many people you can serve. Otherwise I don't know how the fuck normies can still stomach that shit. I seriously NEARLY lost my mind.

I know Windows has a separate option for "Restart" and "Update and Restart" but it wasn't a thing before. A restart means you install updates as well

So yeah. I never reinstalled Windows but I think I lost some of my "permanent sanity" enduring, waiting, hoping and praying FOR YEARS, that "please let me through this trial of faith and patience and let me do my school projects... "

On those 5 hours I gotta check CONSTANTLY, to see if it's done or if it failed. The longer my rig stays idle on a failed update, the more time is wasted. Here goes another 5 freakin hours I guess. That 5 hours goes 10 hours, or 14 hours if I took a nap or fell asleep waiting.

A reinstall could've saved me headaches but dude, I only had a hard drive. I have to do school stuff and I didn't have money. I only had Intel i3-2100 and 10 gigs of ram.

I wouldn't mind reinstalls if only I had a proper SSD but I don't have a day to dedicate doing it because I have shit to do. That and Windows 10 updates TAKE A FUCKING LONG TIME ON HDD. It takes 5 freakin hours !!! If I'm even lucky...

Er erhält Linux Mint LMDE 7 Cinnamon basierend auf #Debian "Gigi". LMDE 7 führt Mint als Alternative zur Ubuntuversion, die Mint normalerweise anbietet. Es ist die Rückfalloption, falls Ubuntu nicht mehr verfügbar ist.

Mir gefällt LMDE 7 besser.
