Paramount et Activision ont confirmé la mise en chantier d’un long-métrage inspiré de la célèbre franchise Call of Duty.

Le studio a révélé le nom de son réalisateur : Peter Berg, accompagné du scénariste Taylor Sheridan et du producteur David Glasser. Un trio qui promet une adaptation musclée, réaliste et fidèle à l’esprit du jeu culte.

Paramount et Activision ont confié la réalisation du film Call of Duty à Peter Berg, cinéaste reconnu pour son goût du réalisme et de la tension dramatique. Réalisateur de Du sang et des larmes, Deepwater et Traque à Boston, Berg s’est imposé comme un spécialiste des récits d’action ancrés dans la réalité. Son style nerveux et immersif correspond parfaitement à l’univers militaire et stratégique de la licence.
