@BrightFlame Very cool! We used to have a similar village museum here in Southern Maine (#Willowbrook), but unfortunately, they closed down and all the cool tools and buildings were scattered across the state (finding homes at other museums, but a lot further away).

So, there used to be a real-life #Willoughby here in #Maine... It was #Willowbrook -- a 19th Century Village! Unfortunately, it was dismantled a few years ago, and everything was scattered to various museums in Maine (it had a print shop, carriages, a blacksmith shop, a carousel, gazebos and more).

So, about 20 miles away, there was a brilliant 19th century-era working village... Complete with a #blacksmith shop and old school #printing press! But sadly, it was disassembled and the land sold...

As someone who works in the MH system and works with forensic mental health people, this is beyond abusive. It's like Willowbrook which was a major news story 50 years ago. People should not be in a facility that inhumane. Its not even vaguely a mental health facility or jail, just a place of torture. I agree to get them the hell out of there. They'd be better served with supported housing and an ACT team, not that that is great, but it's not the torture they are enduring.
